How It All Started…
I began my Photography career working with a friend of mine who owned a successful Wedding Photography business in Tampa, FL. From 2008 - 2010 I was a second photographer with her business and photographed weddings up and down the East Coast. Since I branched out on my own in 2011, I’ve photographed numerous weddings for couples in NYC, San Francisco, DC, Annapolis, Philadelphia and beyond. I’ve photographed simple home weddings, NYC elopements and upscale designed weddings. While I continue to work primarily as a Beauty & Portrait photographer, I take on a few wedding, elopement and engagement events every year.
My experience as a Wedding Photographer has shaped the way I work in studio and with my Beauty & Portrait clients. I pride myself on going with the flow of the day and creating beautiful, love-filled images while bringing a bit of my on set directing style to the day. I believe in beauty for all sizes and strive to make my clients feel confident and comfortable for their photoshoot experiences and to create images that are fun, memorable and beautiful!
I love working with natural and available light on Wedding days however I come prepared with lighting as needed. I shoot a mixture of documentary style candids with directed portraits and an attention to your wedding details.
My approach to Wedding Photography brings a mixture of joy, love and sentimental moments through documentary-style coverage and photoshoot directing. Below are some examples from select weddings over the years.
