ABOUT ME
My name is Travis Curry and I am a Photographer based in Annapolis, MD that loves to travel!
As a child I would go through roll after roll of my parents film taking photos of “stuff.” My family joked about my skills for “wasting film” yet even before we knew it, I was a Photographer.
I grew up performing: musical theatre, voice and dance. As I grew into my adult-life, my creative outlets found themselves to be more production-based than performance-based. I’ve spent my time as a Choreographer, Marketer and Graphic Designer. My love for dance and music is still strong and presents itself in the work I do and the clients I shoot.
I picked up a camera after my junior year of college when a friend needed a helping hand on a wedding they were shooting. I reverted back to my childhood eye of shooting “stuff,” and completely fell in love with the art of photography.
As I explored this newfound artistic medium; my skills, passion and business have grown. Photography gives me the voice that I could never fully project through my other creative endeavors. As a Photographer I’ve traveled across the country meeting and photographing so many incredible individuals. I like making people feel good about themselves, that by the end of the shoot we can honestly agree that they rocked it!
I love connecting with my clients and find joy in mixing the arts to create compelling images that embody who you are and what you’re about.
